Highly sensitive helium leak tests for precise determination of leak rates. This method enables detection of even the smallest leaks in the range of 10⁻¹² mbar·l/s.

Pressure Decay Testing

Quantitative determination of the tightness of vacuum systems and components through controlled pressure decay measurements. Ideal for series testing and quality assurance.
